Pat O'Connor

Patrick O’Connor, MAI
President

Our strength in knowledge of the tax codes and laws is evidenced by Pat O’Connor’s book, Cut Your Texas Property Taxes, published in 2001. It is evident that government services will increase and property values will rise to meet the demand, and that property tax laws are increasingly complex. Texas property owners need a knowledgeable ally to
protect their investments.

Pat was an advisor to Governor Rick Perry’s property tax legislative task force in 2006 and 2007 and is a champion of uniform and equal analyses statewide. He is dedicated to ensuring counties enforce independent appraisal review boards and adhere to the Texas Property Tax Code.
